🔺 Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie or intimate products.

✅ Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — no stress.

🔁 Returnable items: Shoes, bags, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags still attached.
